You can call it compositing or photo manipulation or whatever you like; we call it love! There's nothing more exciting then remixing photographs and incorporating new elements and stock to create entirely new environments. It takes considerable skill and patience to accomplish an entirely believable scene but it opens up possibilities that go far beyond what a camera can capture.
